Mentor Graphics Appoints InnoFour as Distribution Partner
Utrecht, Netherlands, June 19, 2008 – Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) today announced newly formed InnoFour, based in Almelo, Netherlands, as its new partner for distribution sales in Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands. InnoFour will offer all the Mentor main product lines including market leading brands such as the Expedition® Enterprise product, PADS® and HyperLynx® products for PCB design, the ModelSim® product for RTL verification, and the Calibre® product for IC physical verification.

Growth in demand for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions in the region over
the last three years has highlighted the need for a strong distribution partner for Mentor
Graphics. Selection criteria for the partner were strict, emphasizing both local electronic
design industry and EDA technology specific knowledge. Mentor´s leadership in this part
of the European market place also demanded strong motivation from Innofour to further
increase Mentor's market share.
