Eldo™ offers numerous simulation and modeling options that deliver high-performance and high-speed simulation with superior accuracy.

Get all the capability and accuracy of SPICE-level simulation, along with high performance analog algorithms like One-Step Relaxation (OSR). Eldo's unique "divide and conquer" partitioning scheme allows use of different algorithms on differing portions of a design, yielding high-accuracy in combination with high performance. Behavioral modeling in Eldo is available with the HDL-A hardware description language, and access to digital simulators like ModelSim or Verilog-XL, Eldo provides extensive mixed-signal simulation capabilities. Its advanced analysis features include transient noise, pole-zero, enhanced Monte-Carlo analysis, and S- and Z-domain generalized transfer functions. Eldo's extensive device model libraries include leading MOS, bipolar and MESFET transistor models such as the BSIM 3v3. Eldo and its options are completely integrated into Cadence's Analog Artist environment and Mentor Graphics' Falcon Framework.
