Mentor's Custom IC Design Flow includes applications for design capture, polygon editing, physical layout, schematic-driven layout, and top-level floor planning/routing. To help companies jump-start their design cycles and cut time-to-market, Mentor Graphics and its foundry partners have developed IC design kits. These kits include all the foundry-specific data files and models for use with Mentors' IC Design Tools.
