Sales Manager Benelux (m/f) (full time)

As Sales Manager Benelux, you are the face of InnoFour in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will:

Actively expand commercial activities and open doors at mid-sized and large technology companies investing in engineering and digitalisation.
Independently approach prospects, develop new customers and maintain existing relationships with a focus on long-term collaboration and customer success.
Sell innovative, high-end software solutions such as EDA tools, ALM solutions, simulation software and associated services.
Collaborate with pre-sales, support and consultancy teams to ensure solutions are perfectly aligned with customer needs.
Prepare commercial plans, proposals and forecasts and present these to management.
Monitor market developments and technological trends closely.

Your Profile

You are an energetic sales professional who:

Has proven experience in B2B sales within software, engineering or technology-driven environments.
Is fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French and/or German is a plus).
Combines strong communication skills with a proactive, independent and results-oriented attitude.
Is motivated by commercial success, but also values building sustainable customer relationships.
Has an affinity with technology and can quickly grasp new technical products (experience with engineering or EDA/PLM is an advantage).
