Meet our InnoFour Team
After graduation from University of Twente with a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, I started my career as an ASIC Design Support Engineer at one of the bigger Telecom company in The Netherlands. I became hugely interested and active in the design automation of electronics, since it gave me an insight in two disciplines, being electronic design (electrical engineering) and automation (computer science). Over the years I have extended my experience in several roles: technical, commercial and management.
In 2008 I had the opportunity to start my own company InnoFour together with three founders focusing on delivering Electronic Design Automation products (tools) and training/services. Today I am proud that we serve a growing number of customers in the Benelux and Scandinavian market with their digitalisation journey of the design of complex electronics and systems. Over time one thing became clear to me, the world of design automation never stands still and gives every day new opportunities and challenges.
A background in Digital Signal Processing and more then 20 years of EDA experience. I entered the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) in 1990 as an application engineer and continued my career to consultancy.
Working in international teams I have then become a leading member in EDA product development for European and American companies. As part of the InnoFour team I am dedicated to deliver productive engineering and electronic development solutions to our customers via the best in class software, support and consultancy for tomorrows complex designs.
Within InnoFour I am technically responsible for all solutions in the area of FPGA and IC design, Cabling and Harness design, and Application lifecycle Management (ALM).
I have build up more than 25 years experience within the Electronic Design Automation (EDA) industry as Sales Manager. I am involved in account strategy definition, pre- and post sales activities and the customer helping to evolve.
I am dedicated, committed and have a proven ability to translate customers business challenges to solutions, services and training.
As one of the founders from InnoFour, I’m exceptionally motivated and a dedicated Applications Engineer. Within the current position highly respected for my technical knowledge, problem solving ability and customer focus. This for over 20 years, now.
Widely experienced in PCB Design Systems and Product Lifecycle Management solutions. From simple to complex, and multilayer PCBs containing RF, high-speed digital and analog technologies for high volume, low cost manufacture.
After graduated in telecommunication, I became an Electrical Engineer for 6 year at Philips, moving on into the EDA in 1990 with Dazix transitioned into Intergraph and became Veribest which then was sold to Mentor Graphics.
Technically I started as an Electrical Engineer working on digital television application and inducing the first EDA systems into the development process. When moving to the EDA industry I worked as all-round Application Engineer responsible for the Analog and Digital simulation tools with a side responsibility for PCB. Over the years this changed and I became a senior specialist in PCB and High-speed tool. Including designing production PCB for a year. This ended when I could become a Application Engineer again at InnoFour.
My aim is to help our customers to find a practical solution for their Engineering and Production processes, getting the best performance out of the tools. By providing them excellent Support, Training and Consulting.
I am responsible for sales of HDL and IC design software solutions from Siemens EDA (previously Mentor Graphics) and Polarion ALM.
I have 30 year experience in EDA from InnoFour, LSI, TI, Ericsson and others and hold an M.Sc. in Applied Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
I started my sales career in the Dairy Industry at one of the world leading FMCG and B2B company. Since 2010 I'm working at InnoFour which was a whole new world for me.
During the years I became an experienced solution professional where I try to challenge product development companies to be more predictable by delivering trusted engineering technology. I'm focused on Electronics System Design and Manufacturing Solutions. I'm responsible for Simcenter CFD and PADS sales. Also marketing activities like organizing and attending events, maintaining our website and creating/sending our newsletter.
I am joining Siemens EDA Distributor InnoFour as the Sales Manager for the Scandiavian region. I have been working with EDA for 11 years previously and hope to be able to contribute to the success of InnoFour's and Mentor's customers.
My task will be to develop the business and assist companies in their ambitions to grow and lead in their respective markets.
My role will be Technical Sales Manager of Polarion ALM for Innofour. In this role I will do client presentations and deployment of Polarion. I will also do client enablement for Polarion as well grow the Polarion usage by getting new companies to use Polarion.
My background is from IBM Rational where I worked with the Rational solutions for R&D. Here I did support and presales till 2014 for Ericsson and from 2014 to 2020 I did worked as a seller of several IBM solutions.
Over the years I have gained experience for the ALM space from gethering of Requiremeents to Test and Deployment. Polarion as a solution covers this space very well.
Hi, my name is Miranda Roenhorst, me and my family are living in the east of the Netherlands. Since September 2018 I started working at InnoFour as a Sales- administration employee.
I am responsible for all kinds of administrative activities and also for processing customer orders. So if you place an order, it is most likely that I will process the order for you. I hope I can be of service.
20 years ago, I started as a software engineer. I graduated in 2006 as a system and network engineer from the University of Amsterdam for applied sciences with a BSc. In 2011 I became a software architect after graduation from University of Amsterdam with a MSc in Software engineering.
Besides the engineering and architecture, I also became a cybersecurity and privacy expert. From security engineering level to architecture level. I agree with Elon Musk who said: The architect should know tech better than the people that works for him.
In 2018 I had the opportunity to start with Polarion. I started with developing scripts, widgets, and plugins. At InnoFour I am the technical Polarion expert.
Together with my experience of engineering, software architecture, networks, security, and privacy I can offer our clients the best (technological) solutions.
I started my career as a mechanical engineer but over the years I’ve moved more towards system and mechatronics design.
I’m used to leading the work of others by providing support and guidance based on my experience and skills. My knowledge of various systems, materials, electronics, harness design and manufacturing methods is broad.
My background is in the Defense and Consumer industry. In my last job I worked as a manager for a local consultant company.
Within InnoFour I’m responsible for the technical sales within Cabling and Harness for the Scandinavian market.
I have been designing PCBs for various industries and applications for over 30 years, using different tools and technologies. I have extensive knowledge and experience in EMI, EMC, DFM, DFA, and DFT, as well as IPC standards and best practices. My interest for electronics started when I was 14 years old.
Within InnoFour I am responsible for pre-sales activities and providing support and training to our customers within the PCB design field. PADS, Xpedition, HyperLynx and Valor are my core areas, but also BOM Connector, CAM350 and Blueprint are in my portfolio.
