Calibre nmLVS Recon: Your Guide to Short Isolation
Overview
“Shorts” can mean different things to different people. They can be detected during circuit extraction and LVS comparison. We will be discussing different ways they can manifest in a design and how to troubleshoot them. When a short circuit is detected during circuit extraction of a layout, Calibre can perform “short isolation” to help identify the cause of the short. Calibre nmLVS recon can be used to speed up and simplify this process and a few different use models will be demonstrated.
What You Will Learn
- Defining characteristics of different kinds of shorts as they relate to Calibre
- Troubleshooting shorts
- Calibre nmLVS Recon use models for getting started and a few advanced techniques as well
Who Should Attend
