EDM Design: EDM Design Enhanced Output Generation

 

Overview

 

Starting with VX.2.10, Data Management automation introduces a new mode, "For outputs generation”.  Using this mode, scripts can extract a design from EDM, generate outputs such as PDF and ODB++, and check in the outputs without updating the version of the design.  Such scripts can be called automatically during the baseline generation process.  This allows users to generate outputs without risking accidental design changes.
