Attend a PCB Systems Forum to meet peers from your area and learn about the concepts and innovations that are changing the PCB design industry.
Presented in cities around the world, this free event delivers design know-how, tips, and tricks that will help your engineering organization become significantly more productive and efficient regardless of which design tools you currently use.
Expanded agenda for 2016
The agenda is expanded to address the demanding design challenges of the Connected World of mobility and the Internet of Things. This includes multi-board system development, advanced PCB design and manufacturing technologies as well as 3D design with complex form factors.
New this year is the SI/PI track showing how pre- and post-layout signal and power integrity analysis can help optimize product performance, cost, and reliability. IPC representatives will also be on hand, sharing ways to make you more competitive as an engineer and designer.
Attend the full day or choose from sessions such as management, analysis, engineering, or PCB design innovations.
What You Will Learn
The day will cover innovations in:
- Implementation of high-speed interfaces such as DDR4, USB3, and PCI/E
- 3D and flex-circuit design
- Part information and library access
- Library and design data management
- Electrical signoff
- Automation for PCB layout, documentation, and manufacturing prep
You will leave with practical advice from Mentor Graphics and IPC experts for adopting and utilizing these concepts.
Who Should Attend
- Electrical Engineers and Managers
- PCB Designers and Managers
- CAD Managers and CAD IT Managers
- High-speed Specialists
- EMI/EMC Signoff Engineers
- DFM Design Specialists and Process Engineers
Some companies recognize the technical sessions of the PCB Systems Forum as training or continuing education.
