The acquisition of Valor by Mentor Graphics has been completed as of February 16, 2010, and Valor is now formally a division within Mentor Graphics.

The acquisition will allow Mentor to enhance its offering to the PCB systems design market by standardizing on Valor DFM technology. Valor DFM products will continue to evolve and serve the entire EDA market, and we will retain our core open-interface policies and continue to partner with 3rd-parties in both the design and manufacturing arenas.
