Cross Reference Methods in Designer
Overview
Cross Reference information indicates the connectivity relationships in your design – which nets go where. It is customizable in format, but generally includes sheet and border/zone information. Annotating Cross Reference information to your schematic aids in navigating the connections to other sheets or other levels of hierarchy in the design. This is especially true when looking at printed copies of the schematic.
Xpedition Designer provides two methods for cross referencing your schematics: the Xref Annotation method and the Scout Method. In this webinar we will discuss each method, how to set them up and a comparison of the functionality and results of each method.
